Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the resort was quite an experience, but it wasn't all positive. The facilities were lacking, and the service was a struggle due to the language barrier. The rooms were spacious and warm, which was a plus, but overall, the resort seems more catered toward domestic guests. While the accommodation is decent for a quiet stay, I wouldn't recommend it if you're expecting a true resort experience.
My stay at the resort was overall pleasant, set against the backdrop of the stunning Mount Hannah. The spacious rooms provided a comfortable stay, especially with the traditional Korean sleeping arrangement that added a unique touch. However, the dining options were quite limited for non-Korean speakers, and the lack of internet access in the rooms was inconvenient. Still, if you’re looking for relaxation in a beautiful winter setting, this could be a great fit.
The Hanwha Resort in Jeju offers a unique experience with its spacious rooms and stunning views, especially with the beautiful backdrop of Mount Hallasan. However, the lack of basic amenities and the limited English-speaking staff may deter some international visitors. Overall, it's a serene place to unwind, but it comes with its quirks that might not suit every traveler.
The Hanwha Resort on Jeju Island has some great facilities with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, but the experience for non-Korean speakers can be challenging. The rooms are clean and well-sized, although lacking in some amenities. Dining options are available but could be better. Overall, it's a decent stay if you're prepared for a few cultural differences.
The resort has a unique focus on wellness and relaxation, featuring a decent spa experience that many visitors seem to enjoy. The rooms are spacious and heated, which is great during winter, but the language barrier with the staff made communication tricky. Dining options are somewhat limited and can be frustrating without English menus. Overall, while it offers good facilities, the language issues and limited dining could be improved.
